Will wooden coasters be damaged by water?
We can apply a protective surface coating to improve resistance to moisture and everyday spills. Wooden coasters should not be described as dishwasher-safe unless a specific material and coating have been tested for that use.
What size should I choose for a wooden drink coaster?
A diameter or width of 90–100 mm is suitable for most cups and glasses. Larger drinkware, beer glasses and custom-shaped designs may require a size of 100–120 mm.
Can you add a non-slip backing?
Yes. Cork, felt, EVA and other backing materials are available. Cork is a popular option because it improves grip and helps protect the tabletop.
Will detailed logos engrave clearly on wood?
Most line artwork and text can be laser engraved, but extremely thin lines may lose clarity because of the wood grain. Our team checks line thickness and engraving areas before sampling.
Can the coasters be supplied as a gift set?
Yes. Custom wooden coaster sets can include two, four, six or more pieces with a matching wooden holder, paper sleeve, kraft box or custom paper gift box.
How do you maintain consistency across a large coaster order?
We control the wood batch, cutting dimensions, logo position and surface treatment during production. Finished coasters are inspected for size, warping, edge quality and decoration accuracy.
