What is the main difference between PVC patches and Silicone patches?
Soft PVC is durable, flexible, highly cost-effective, and ideal for creating pronounced 3D relief details (popular for tactical gear and outdoor bags). Silicone is softer, more lightweight, heat-resistant, eco-friendly, and skin-safe, making it the preferred choice for high-end activewear, baby products, and direct skin-contact apparel.
How do you sew a PVC patch onto clothing without ruining the rubber?
We mold a specialized sewing channel (sewing groove) along the outer perimeter of the patch. This recessed channel allows the sewing needle to pass through thin rubber smoothly without damaging the main elevated 3D design.
Can PVC patches withstand outdoor extreme weather and washing machines?
Yes, absolutely! PVC patches are 100% waterproof, mud-proof, and weather-resistant. They will not fade under long-term sunlight (UV exposure), nor will they crack or fray in freezing temperatures or after repeated machine washes.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom PVC patches?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design. Because custom steel molds are required for liquid rubber dispensing, larger order quantities significantly reduce the unit cost per patch.
Are your PVC and Silicone materials safe and non-toxic for export?
