1. Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect all goods immediately after delivery. If you find any visible damage, quality issue, quantity discrepancy, or production error, contact our sales team as soon as possible with photos, order information, and a clear description of the issue.

2. Conditions for Return or Refund

Return or refund requests may be accepted when the delivered products have confirmed manufacturing defects, incorrect specifications compared with approved artwork, or shipping damage that is reported promptly with supporting evidence.

Because custom products are made to order, returns caused by customer-approved design, color tolerance within normal production range, incorrect information provided by the customer, or change of mind after production are usually not accepted.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email sales@triumphgifts.com with your order number, product photos, package photos if relevant, and a short explanation of the problem. Our team will review the case and respond with a proposed solution.

4. Return Shipping and Handling

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our production or packing process, we will discuss a reasonable resolution, including remake, replacement, partial refund, or other agreed handling method. If a return shipment is required, shipping arrangements will be confirmed case by case.
