Dye sublimation prints full colour photographic artwork into the fibres — the only real choice for gradients and photos, at roughly 60% above screen print. Jacquard weaving weaves the design into the tape rather than printing on it, giving the most durable and premium result at the highest cost.

Attachment Costs
J-hook, lobster claw and bulldog clip are included in base pricing. Badge reels add USD 0.35, safety breakaway adds USD 0.12, and a detachable buckle adds USD 0.18. Metal crimps and swivel hooks add USD 0.10.
Width and Length Standards
Standard widths are 12, 15, 20 and 25 mm. Standard length is 900 mm with a safety breakaway at the neck. Wider tape costs more material and prints larger artwork — 25 mm is the practical maximum for readable text.
