Patch Types We Make at Any Quantity
Embroidered patches use rayon or polyester thread on twill backing, best for bold logos and lettering. Woven patches use finer thread at higher density, the right choice for small text and gradients that embroidery cannot render cleanly. PVC patches are moulded in soft rubber with a 3D surface — waterproof, flexible and standard for tactical and outdoor brands. Chenille patches deliver the classic varsity letter look.
Every patch can be finished with iron-on backing, Velcro hook-and-loop, adhesive, plastic backing or a plain sew-on edge. Merrowed borders suit simple shapes; laser-cut heat-sealed edges suit complex outlines.

Embroidered or Woven? A Quick Decision Rule
If your design contains text smaller than 4 mm, fine gradients, or photographic detail, choose woven. 1.5 inch for embroidery, 1 inch for woven. Below that, detail loss becomes noticeable.
Do you match Pantone colours?
Yes. We stock over 400 thread colours and match to the Pantone TCX range. Exact dye-lot matching is available for brand-critical orders.
Can I mix designs in one order?
Yes, but each design carries its own digitising fee below 100 pieces per design.
Is the iron-on backing durable through washing?
Iron-on holds through roughly 30–50 home washes. For uniforms and workwear we recommend sew-on or Velcro.
Do you provide compliance documentation?
Yes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 thread, CPSIA and EN71-3 test reports available. Our facility is ISO 9001, Disney FAMA and Sedex registered.
