Customization Process

At Triumph Gifts, we make it simple to turn your ideas into high-quality custom products. Whether you’re ordering metal badges, commemorative medals, branded lanyards, or embroidered patches, our streamlined process ensures your designs are brought to life with precision and professionalism.

Step 1: Submit Your Design and Requirements

Send us your logo or artwork file (preferably AI, PDF, or PNG), and tell us the product you want to customize—such as soft enamel badge, 3D cast medal, woven lanyard, or iron-on patch. Please also specify size, quantity, material, color (Pantone if available), finishing options, and your delivery deadline. The more details you provide, the quicker and more accurately we can quote.

Step 2: Receive a Professional Quotation

Our sales team will review your request and send you a detailed quotation within 24–48 hours. The quote will include unit price, mold/setup fee (if any), production lead time, shipping cost, and available options like attachments (lanyard clips, patch backing types), plating finishes, or packaging upgrades. We always aim to provide competitive pricing while maintaining excellent quality.

Step 3: Artwork Proof and Pre-production Sample

Once you confirm the quote, our in-house designers will prepare a 2D or 3D digital proof showing your logo placement, color breakdown, text alignment, and product layout. For lanyards, we’ll show a full-length design with print coverage and accessories. For embroidery patches, we’ll offer a digital thread preview or stitch chart. You can revise until you’re satisfied. If needed, we can also arrange a real sample—either physical or a clear sample photo/video—for approval before mass production.

Step 4: Confirm Order and Make Payment

After the artwork is approved, we issue a Proforma Invoice. Most orders require a deposit to start production, and the balance is due before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfers, credit cards, L/C (for large orders), and Trade Assurance on Alibaba. Once payment is received, we begin preparing molds, digitizing designs, or weaving/printing ribbons depending on your product type.

Step 5: Mass Production in Our Factory

Your products are produced in-house with strict quality control.

  • For badges and medals, we perform mold engraving, stamping or casting, plating (gold, nickel, antique, etc.), coloring (enamel or print), polishing, and attachment assembly.
  • For lanyards, we weave or print the ribbon, cut to size, and add hooks, buckles, or badge reels.
  • For embroidered patches, we digitize the pattern, machine-stitch the design, trim borders (merrow, laser-cut, hot-cut), and apply backings (iron-on, Velcro, adhesive).
    Lead times vary by product type and quantity, but generally range from 15to 20 working days.

Step 6: Quality Inspection and Packaging

Each item goes through visual and functional inspection to ensure logo clarity, color accuracy, alignment, and attachment firmness. Products are then packed according to your request—individual OPP bags, gift boxes, backing cards, or bulk packing. Custom packaging with barcode stickers or insert cards is also available for retail or promotional needs.

Step 7: Delivery and After-Sales Support

We arrange global delivery through reliable couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. For larger orders, we also offer air and sea freight options. Once shipped, we’ll send you tracking numbers and shipping documents. Our team will follow up until you receive your goods safely. In the rare case of any issue, we provide fast response and solutions—reproduction, partial refund, or other compensation depending on the situation.
