Simply send us your logo or design idea (AI, PDF, JPG, or even a sketch) and let us know the product type, size, quantity, and preferred material or style. We’ll provide a free digital proof and a detailed quote for your approval.

For most metal items, a one-time mold fee is charged, but this is waived for large or repeat orders.

8. What’s the best attachment for lapel pins?
The most commonly used attachment is the butterfly clutch, which is cost-effective and secure for general use. For a softer option, rubber clutches are safer and great for kids. Deluxe clutches offer a more premium appearance and stronger grip, making them ideal for corporate gifts. Magnet backs are perfect for formal wear as they don’t leave holes in clothing. Safety pins and screw backs are best for heavy or large pins that need extra security. Let us know how your pins will be used and we’ll recommend the best option.
9. Can I use the same metal mold for different designs or sizes?
Molds are designed for a specific size, shape and design, so if those are changed significantly, a new mold will be needed. However, if you’re just changing colors, the same mold can usually be reused. We store your mold for 3 years at no cost, so you can reorder anytime without paying again. Using the same mold saves cost on repeat orders and allows for faster production.
10. What kind of logo methods do you offer, and how do I choose?
We offer soft enamel, hard enamel, screen printing, offset printing, UV printing, laser engraving, 3D die casting, and epoxy coating. Soft enamel offers vibrant colors and raised metal lines, making it popular for promotional pins. Hard enamel is smooth, highly durable, and suited for premium gifts or awards. Printing methods are ideal for designs with gradients or small details. Laser engraving works best for metal keychains or tags with text or serial numbers. Let us know your logo, and we’ll recommend the best method based on design complexity, durability needs, and budget.
11. Can you match Pantone colors perfectly?
Yes, we can match any Pantone color you provide. Our team uses the official Pantone Matching System (PMS) to ensure your brand colors are accurately reproduced on your product. For the best result, please specify the exact Pantone code in your order. Slight color variation may occur between metal and fabric products, but we always confirm with photo or sample approval before mass production.
12. Can I mix multiple designs in one order?
Yes, we allow mixing multiple designs in a single order, especially for events, collector sets, or promotional campaigns. However, each design requires its own mold and setup process. We recommend keeping the same size, shape, and finish for all designs to save cost. Bulk quantity discounts can still apply to mixed designs if they are produced together.
13. What certifications do you have for safety and quality?
Our factory is ISO9001 and Sedex 4P certified, and we comply with major testing standards such as EN71, REACH, and CPSIA. We can provide test reports or third-party testing upon request. This ensures our products meet the safety requirements for children’s products, eco-friendly materials, and retail standards in Europe and the US.
14. Can you help with urgent or rush orders?
Yes, we understand that deadlines matter. If you have an urgent event, we can prioritize your order with express sampling and faster production. Let us know your deadline and delivery location in advance, and we’ll arrange the best production and shipping plan accordingly.
15. Can I see previous work or samples before placing an order?
Yes, we’re happy to share real samples and previous customer projects upon request. You can also browse our Product Gallery or ask for a photo/video portfolio. For new customers or large orders, we recommend requesting a sample to confirm design and quality before mass production.
16. What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, CDR, JPG, and PNG files. Vector formats like AI and PDF are best for precise logo reproduction, especially for metal crafts and embroidery. If you don’t have a vector file, our designers can help convert your artwork.
17. Can you combine multiple materials in one product?
Yes. We can produce items using mixed materials, such as a metal keychain with PVC or embroidery parts, a fabric lanyard with silicone accessories, or a wooden badge with enamel logo. Let us know your idea — we’ll recommend a structure that’s functional, attractive, and cost-effective.
18. Can you design the artwork for me if I don’t have one?
Yes. We offer free design support. Just share your concept, text, or rough idea, and our designers will prepare digital mockups for your review. No design experience is needed on your part.
19. What’s the difference between die struck and die cast items?
Die struck items are made by stamping metal into shape — they are thinner, ideal for coins, pins, and medals with 2D or 3D relief. Die cast items are made by injecting molten metal into a mold — they’re thicker and more suitable for 3D keychains or high-relief medals. We can recommend the suitable process based on your artwork and desired effect.
20. Can I split my order into multiple shipping addresses?
Yes, we can divide your order and ship to multiple addresses, whether within one country or internationally. Please provide the full delivery list with postal codes and contact information when placing your order. Additional courier charges may apply for multi-destination shipping.
