Customization Process
At Triumph Gifts, we make it simple to turn your ideas into high-quality custom products. Whether you're ordering metal badges, commemorative medals, branded lanyards, or embroidered patches, our streamlined process ensures your designs are brought to life with precision and professionalism.
Step 1: Submit Your Design and Requirements
Send us your logo or artwork file, preferably AI, PDF, or PNG, and tell us the product you want to customize. Please specify size, quantity, material, color, finishing options, and delivery deadline. The more details you provide, the quicker and more accurately we can quote.
Step 2: Receive a Professional Quotation
Our sales team will review your request and send a detailed quotation. The quote can include unit price, mold or setup fee, production lead time, shipping cost, attachments, plating finishes, and packaging upgrades.
Step 3: Artwork Proof and Pre-production Sample
After you confirm the quote, our designers prepare a digital proof showing logo placement, colors, text alignment, and product layout. You can revise the proof before production. If needed, we can also arrange a physical sample, sample photo, or sample video for approval.
Step 4: Confirm Order and Make Payment
Once artwork is approved, we issue a Proforma Invoice. Most orders require a deposit to start production, and the balance is due before shipment. Payment methods can include T/T bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, or platform-supported trade orders depending on the project.
Step 5: Mass Production in Our Factory
Your products are produced with strict quality control and suitable processes for each category.
- For badges and medals: mold engraving, stamping or casting, plating, coloring, polishing, and attachment assembly.
- For lanyards: woven or printed ribbon, cutting, sewing, hooks, buckles, and badge reel assembly.
- For embroidered patches: digitizing, machine stitching, border trimming, and backing application.
Step 6: Quality Inspection and Packaging
Each item goes through visual and functional inspection to confirm logo clarity, color accuracy, alignment, finish, and attachment firmness. Products are then packed according to your request, including OPP bags, gift boxes, backing cards, retail packaging, or bulk packing.
Step 7: Delivery and After-Sales Support
We arrange global delivery through reliable couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. For larger orders, air and sea freight options are also available. After shipment, our team provides tracking details and follows up until the goods arrive safely.
