From fabric selection to final patch cutting, each step is handled with care to ensure perfect thread density, color matching, and stitching quality. We produce a wide range of embroidery items including embroidered patches, woven patches, chenille patches, appliqués and name tags, embroidered logos on caps, bags, and uniforms.

Our factory supports both small quantity custom orders and mass production, with in-house digitizing and proofing to accelerate delivery time. Whether you need simple name badges or complex multi-layered patches, Triumph Gifts provides OEM/ODM embroidery solutions that meet international standards.

Clients are welcome to visit our embroidery workshop to observe the production process, view sample designs, and discuss stitching techniques, thread types, and backing options such as iron-on, Velcro, adhesive, or sew-on.
