You’ll see our automatic coloring machines for enamel filling, CNC engraving stations for 3D designs, and high-capacity plating lines for various finishes like gold, nickel, antique brass, matte black, and dual plating. In addition, our polishing and inspection teams make sure each item meets international export standards.

CNC Mold Engraving

CNC engraving machines are used to precisely carve custom molds from steel or brass blocks based on the approved artwork. This automated process ensures perfect alignment, consistent depth, and accurate detailing—laying the foundation for high-quality metal stamping or die-casting production.

Hydraulic Machines

Hydraulic stamping and cutting machines apply high pressure to form or trim metal parts. Used for pressing patterns onto brass, iron, or copper sheets, these machines deliver high-speed, high-precision production ideal for flat badges, coins, and nameplates.

Colouring Machines

Automatic coloring machines fill soft or hard enamel into recessed areas of the metal products. This ensures clean application, accurate color separation, and improved efficiency compared to manual coloring—especially for mass production of badges, medals, and pins.

Automatic Electroplating

Our fully automated electroplating lines apply durable metal finishes such as gold, nickel, antique brass, and black nickel. The process enhances corrosion resistance, surface shine, and visual appeal while maintaining strict environmental and safety standards.

3D UV Printing

3D UV printing adds full-color, high-resolution logos or graphics directly onto flat or slightly curved metal surfaces. It supports CMYK gradients and fine details, making it ideal for photo-based designs or color-rich branding elements.

Laser Engraving Machines

Laser engraving creates permanent, high-precision markings such as serial numbers, names, or logos on metal surfaces. This non-contact process ensures clean edges and is ideal for personalization, anti-counterfeiting, and industrial identification.

Dust-Free Workshop
